AFreight Group lets OFW track status of their packages online

OFWs can now check the status of the delivery of their packages with AFreight Group’s own online tracking system.

With AFreight eTrack, customers can now check the real-time status and updates of their balikbayan boxes. This eliminates the hassle of calling customer service hotlines and visiting branches to follow-up the deliver of their boxes.

The launch of AFreight eTrack is in time for the upcoming Christmas season when OFWs send a record number of packages to their loved ones in the Philippines. Initially, the online tracking platform will be available to Filipino clients and will eventually be available as well to Indonesian clients soon.
