Metro Manila 14 days after departure of vessel from HK port to the Philippines
Luzon A 18 days after departure of vessel from HK port to the Philippines
Luzon B & C 21 days from departure of vessel from HK port to the Philippines
Luzon D 28 days from departure of vessel from HK port to the Philippines
Visayas 28 days from departure of vessel from HK port to the Philippines
Mindanao 30 days from departure of vessel from HK port to the Philippines

What are the prohibited items inside a balikbayan box?
The following items must not be shipped: jewelries,monies, motor vehicles or any parts thereof, firearms and explosives or parts thereof, flammable items, narcotics and drug paraphernalia, obscene materials, gambling apparatus and other items prohibited by the Philippine government.
AFREIGHT will not be liable for loss, confiscation or legal action arising from shipment of such prohibited items.
What is NO DELIVERY ZONE?
NO DELIVERY ZONE includes critical or dangerous areas and remote islands.
AFreight doesn’t deliver in areas considered as NDZ.

How can I file claim for lost items?
For claims and complaints of lost items, you can visit your AFreight branch to file CLAIM OR COMPLAINT FORM.
What is NO LIFT CHARGE?
Boxes picked up from buildings with no lift are subject to HANDLING SURCHARGE.
